Who We Are
Located in beautiful historic Social Circle, GA. Windsong is a swim and tennis community. Social Circle is a historic community located 50 miles east of Atlanta in the Historic Heartland section of Walton County, Georgia. Though the world is constantly changing – Social Circle still maintains its small town atmosphere with historic homes, specialty shops, and friendly locals.
Swimming Pool
We pride ourselves in keeping a nice, clean swimming environment. During the winter we keep the pool covered to prevent it from becoming unsightly. But not to worry, as soon as Memorial Day weekend rolls around it is open and ready for action! The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly to provide a great experience as much as possible.
Playground
Have kids that love to play outside? Our Community has a playground for the kids! Have a seat at one of the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoors, and let the kids have fun!
Tennis Court
Along with the pool and playground – Windsong also has tennis courts! As a neighborhood resident you have access to this along with all other amenities.
Fees & Dues
Windsong is a covenant protected community. There is a one time initiation fee of $200.00, and current yearly dues are $300.00

Fees and dues are used for maintaining the neighborhood. These expenses include but are not limited to: Ensuring the pool is clean, maintaining landscaping, servicing the security cameras, operation of the street lights, tennis court maintenance, providing special events, and other community activities.
